Lower receiver reads Rock River Arms 5.56 LR 15 and serial number on left (port) side. The starboard side (right ejection port side) reads Alexander Arms. I do not know the twist rate for the barrel. This firearm comes with one metal magazine, 1 Burris 3x9 scope and comes with an aluminum carrying case, original front & rear sights plus a sling. Barrel looks pretty clean. Lands and grooves look excellent. All items mentioned above are in the photographs. This firearm is on consignment to me. I do not test fire the firearms. I would recommend a different optic with a greater eye relief. I accept USPS checks as payment. I'm an FFL and will ship only to another FFL after the buyer’s FFL sends their copy of an FFL first.
