Standard R1 features include a crisp trigger, dovetailed front and rear sights, a precision-machined slide and frame, and fine-checkered American walnut grips. The R1 Enhanced has an adjustable rear sight with a red fiber-optic front sight for quick and accurate targeting. The pistol's hammer and wide safety have been enhanced and its mainspring housing is checkered to 20 LPI. Front and rear slide serrations, front grip strap serrations, and a beavertail grip safety with a checkered memory bump make handling easy and comfortable. The grip itself is customized with a thumb groove and cut to be ambidextrous. Match grade stainless barrel and bushing. Anodized aluminum match trigger.
