This is a BATTLE WORN example with incredible character. This example has a FULL MUM intact on the action crown (I have been told this is a "School Rifle", taken out of service and provided to schools as a training rifle). 31” barrel is very good with a goodbore showing strong rifling with some typical corrosion in between the grooves. Rear ladder sight intact. Bolt action works flawlessly. As aforementioned the stock shows incredible character and definitely saw some serious action!! Both sides of the shoulder stock have period correct painted markings. Front and rear sling rings intact. No cleaning rod. FULLY FUNCTIONING EXAMPLE!
