The holster is a very good quality heavy duty rig. The serial number is 454011. There is a little wear on the left side at the muzzle end and a small scuff on the frame left side just behind the cylinder. There is a bit of silver showing on the grip frame on the sharp corners. These areas can be seen in the pictures. The grips are in very good condition and have a few light handling marks. The gun does not have the transfer bar safety kit. And it is not safe to use as it is, the transfer bar kit can be installed by Ruger if you want a safe usable firearm. There is no 22lr cylinder, just the 22 magnum. The bore and chambers are as new.
