It retains 99%+ original issue condition. This brass mounted Dragoon features a 8" blued barrel, striking case-colored frame, and walnut grips. It was purchased new in the mid to late-1970's It has never been fired, simply displayed in a beautiful walnut case, along with the rest of the collection. The box is in very good condition, for attic storage. The gun contains the correct factory manual and Colt BP lapel pin. This gun has not seen any extensive cleaning in some time. I have wiped down the boxes and LIGHTLY cleaned the gun and inspected it. It exhibits a small area of finish corrosion on the upper RH side of the barrel, where the support arm in the case held the barrel, tarnishing of the grip straps/trigger guards, etc. Additional photos will be provided, upon request.
