This series of fixed blade knives was designed by Dale Edwards of "Indian Ridge Traders" and made by J.A. & F.H. Hopkins & Sons. Colt called these knives their Wilderness Line of Outdoorsmen's Knives and they were produced in limited quantities. This Colt Sheffield Skinner Knife, Model U1041, is 8 3/4" OAL with a Razor Sharp, Mirror Polished 3 1/2" skinner blade. Stamped with the Rampant Colt It has a brown wood handle with nickel-silver hardware. This knife is in All Original Condition, Mint in Box, never used, carried, nor sharpened.
