Description: NICE WINCHESTER 1897 Black Diamond Trap. Seldom seen with any condition. made in 1911, 30 inch matted barrel, old Hawkins recoil pad which is dried out. The wood is nice with no cracks or chips, there is a gouge on the right side of butt stock, see pictures. Nicely figured stocks with factory checkering and black diamond inlays in wrist on both sides. Bluing has flaked some on receiver and edges show a little grey, bore is excellent, being shot very little. Any 1897 special purpose shotguns are very hard to find with condition.
