With a total length of only 8 5/8 inches, this little Famous Maker brand scope is a manageable size handgun scope, and one of the best buys on the market. Our manufacturers from the world's most populous nation have gained lots of finesse and expertise since the early 1990s with the onslaught of SKS accessories, and this little scope follows that tradition with considerable improvement in features, optical clarity, and internal strength. The Chinese, we often tell our customers, know how to make good quality products; they just sometimes don't know when to quit making them. And that is the reason we have a few of these FM P220 pistol scopes. They are black matte finished, standard 1 inch tubes, so they will fit anything from Weaver Mounts to Grooved Receiver mount rings. Objective lens diameter is 20 mm, and the eyepiece is about 28mm. Crosshair is conventional Duplex type. Eye relief gives a clear sight picture anywhere from 14 to 24 inches. Weight is 7 1/2 ounces. We have enough confidence in their rugged constitution to slap them on anything from a Ruger .22 auto all the way up to a Super Blackhawk, because their much rougher ancestors took lots of punishment in our area. Field of view is 16 feet at 100 yards. These are brand new closeout scopes, we are unclear as to whether the importer is solvent for warranty issues. Don't let your buddies use your account. Registered user must be the buyer, with his or her own money. Buying firearms and related items for other people can result in felony charges.
