I bought it new out of a gunshop I worked at part-time. It sat in the rack for about 6 months and I finally bought it. I took it in the range and shot 1 full mag out of it (10) rounds. The gun is like new with the exception of the usual thinning on the mag tube from checking the action. It has the box (not perfect), and the factory sling.
