Possibly the finest carry pistol produced in the last generation, the Ultra RCP II (Refined Carry Pistol) from the Kimber Custom Shop incorporates the unique design features of the storied ASP (sighting trough, rounded and blended edges) with the unequaled quality of a Kimber 1911. Serial KU58330 is also the desirable early version with the black-anodized 7075-T7 aluminum frame, while the slide wears black KimPro II. The original bobbed hammer has been replaced with a knurled Commander-style ring hammer and Ajax faux ivory grips have been added for greater surface area and contrast. Special features include a 3-inch match grade bull barrel (fitted directly to the slide), round heel frame, bobbed thumb and grip safeties, angular magazine release button and longitudinal serrations on both the front strap and mainspring housing. Weight is just 28 ounces. CONDITION: The bore is strong and bright, indicating little use. Exterior finishes are approximately 97 percent with scattered indications of carry and handling.
