This is a sporterized 98k Mauser that's had major re-work done. The receiver is a customized 98k, as is the rest of the weapon. The barrel is milled from a NIB, chrome-lined, 1919A-4 Browning belt-fed machinegun barrel. It's 1.25 inches in diameter, 23 inches in length, with an 11 degree target crown on the business end and it has a 1:10 twist ratio. The Marine Corps' M-40 sniper rifle also has a 1:10 twist. The scope is included, and the Leupold standard scope base and extra mounts (1" & 30mm are included, too. Pics and video of the test-fire targets and the actual shooting are available on request.
