Accepted Payment Methods: Returns: 3 Days This Seller Accepts Instant Online Payments Description: Up for sale is a set of gently used Browning “Bottle” Sporter Shotguns (20 Ga. & 12 Ga.) This pair of side by side shotguns were manufactured as a set from Browning, they were assembled in Korea with Japanese components and engraved & finished in Brownings custom shop in Belgium. This model gets its nickname from Mr. Bottles Sporting Goods store in Wichita, KS who special ordered 100 sets of these guns circa 1976. The 20 Ga. shotgun has 26” barrels with 3” chambers and fixed chokes (Improved Cylinder & Modified), wood ducks on the engraved receiver and checkered straight grip sporter exhibition grade Walnut stocks. The blueing on the barrels is in nice condition with just a little wear below the stock line from the forearm contacting the metal when assembled. The engraving on the receiver is beautifully done with some sculptured reliefs as well. The stocks have beautifully cut checkering with distinct grain visible, a few very light dings in the wood can be seen on the bottom of the butt stock towards the toe. This shotgun comes in a soft lined Browning Airways hard case, the case shows a few scuffs on the exterior. L.O.P. is 14 1/4”. The 12 Ga. shotgun has 28” barrels with 3” chambers and fixed chokes (Modified & Full), wild turkey & wood duck on the engraved receiver and checkered straight grip sporter exhibition grade Walnut stocks. The blueing on the barrels is in good condition with some wear below the stock line from the forearm contacting the metal when assembled, some light wear at the muzzle and some light scratches on the left barrel behind the muzzle. The engraving on the receiver is also beautifully done along with some nice sculptured reliefs. The stocks also have some beautifully cut checkering with distinct grain visible, a few very light dings can be seen on the bottom of the butt stock towards the toe. This shotgun comes in a soft lined Browning Airways hard case.
