You can see that the cylinder looks like it's never been turned. There are no marks on the cylinder and the crown looks perfect. I don't think it's ever been fired, other than test firing. But I'm selling it as used, since I purchased it for my own use and I'm not a dealer. So, it's technically used. This Ruger is capable of 2000 foot pounds of energy. Great bear gun.
