S&W 76, 9mm sub machine gun, has selector switch for semi or full auto, fun to shoot, on a form 3 in Florida, dated 1/6/81 so can transfer to anyone, there are no restrictions listed on the form, 8" bbl, 30 3/8 overall, S&W is listed as mfg of this gun, in MA no less, fixed sight, side folding shoulder stock, ventilated bbl for cooling, there are some light scuffs but that is common for a parkerized gun, has been stored in the safe since 1981 in a silicone bag as pictured, comes with one sw mag 36rds, extra mags will be available if you purchase this gun, as new, all NFA rules apply, this gun will transfer to your dealer tax free and then they will do the paperwork for you. We are a FFL, Florida residents add sales tax for your county, there is no local pick up and we do not have a retail store for you to come see the item.
