Matching Serial numbers on bolt handle and receiver as is correct for this weapon, serial # 43xx c circle z on safety toggle. Correct hollow ball bolt handle w/ lion on ball of handle, bolt release handle has crown stamp. Correct sight hood (very hard to find these days). Blue @ 75-80% no rust. Original stock with kick plate. Stock has been refinished. Upper hand guard has small crack (notorious in these guns) but not noticeable. Receiver marked w/ G.33/40 dot 1942. Waffenampt 2 times one as inspector eagle over 63. The other is a national eagle. Floor plate and trigger housing are unmarked as is correct for these guns. Bore is clean with strong rifling.Original cleaning rod. NO IMPORT MARKS, probable vet bring back. Never fired live rounds through this gun. Have shot a few blanks so I know it fires. Functionally perfect. Originally correct hard to find weapon in this condition. Not a parts gun. I have several k-98s in all matching excellent condition for sale. Contact for more info.
