This is on a Form 4 in Ohio and will transfer on a $200 tax stamp. This is a rare historical weapon - just look around the Class 3 web sites. While there are a lot of inexpensive accessories available for the MG-08/15, the guns themselves are very few and far between. Original ones like this were brought back to America as trophies following WWI. It is an excellent investment, and will way, way out pace any form of bank, IRA, or stock investment. Machine guns have out performed virtually every other form of investment in the last 10 years or more. By next year this gun will likely be worth $12,000; in five years it'll likely be worth $15,000.
