This is a pre-may sample on a form 3. I bought it in the late 90's from what I was told was a cache of silenced sub-machineguns being released by a correctional facility down south. The old warden had bought them in case they had to shoot an inmate and he didn't want to cause a ruckus . The new warden didn't feel the need for them so they dumped them to one of my distributors. I bought two. They have some wear from being carried around the prison but very little wear from being fired. When you see the photos you will see some scratches near the sling mounts but not much more wear than that. I probably put a couple of thousand rounds through the both of them over the last 20 years. This one is very well maintained as you can see by the photos of the lower and the bolt face/carrier. If you need additional photos don't hesitate to call me. The best part of this gun is the fact that it is a pre-may sample. if you buy it through your dealer license, when you close out your dealership you can add it to your personal collection no problem. thus you have a factory receiver firearm (not some post mfg sear gun) that will last forever. If it breaks you can ship it to HK for a factory repair. If you break a sear gun you have a $20.K paperweight.. This weapon come with 2 factory magazines and a factory two point tactical sling. It has a factory matched serial numbered suppressor from HK not an after market one.(very very quiet with standard FMJ 9MM) The rate of fire is about 850 rounds per minute. The stock is collapsible and the trigger pack lower is the standard SEF from HK.
