Original Holster stamped with name and matching numbers. This was the firearm of a decorated SS Commander and is in good condition. This Commander remained active after the war as the historian in the HIAG. The photos show some minor pitting. Serial number 4500 features a 5-inch barrel, lanyard ring, lanyard and plastic grips. Serial appears clearly on barrel, slide and frame, "ac 42" and "k" (following serial) appear on slide left, and Waffenamt 359 markings. The bore is smooth with strong rifling. Metal finish is approximately 80 percent, with sharp markings. Grips are solid and absent cracks, with minimal wear. Holster and lanyard are in very good condition.
