This is a 357 Magnum with a 4 5/8" Barrel. It has a polished blue finish, ramp front sight. micro-Style adjustable rear sight, original black medallions, original style flat top frame, checkered black rubber grips, transfer bar mechanism, loading gate interlock, patented reverse indexing pawl for easy loading, and gold roll mark. This is the 50th Anniversary "NEW MODEL" Blackhawk. Check out the following link, which describes the history of the Blackhawk, and the differences between the "Old Model" Blackhawk, originally produced in 1955, which is obsolete, and the "New Model" Blackhawk. This Blackhawk is a fantastic price, produced in limited edition by Ruger to commemorate 50 years of Ruger Blackhawk History. But, more importantly, this Blackhawk model is less expensive than all the Standard Model Blackhawks offered by Ruger. We strongly urge you to compare pricing with the current Standard Model Blackhawk offered on the retail level from Ruger, with the 50th Anniversary Model. Simply put, there is no better deal than a 50th Anniversary Blackhawk when comparing the price to Ruger's Standard Model Blackhawk, period!
