Wood is intact but with marks and initials. More photos available to serious buyers. Make - Remington; Model - Number 4 Take-Down; Operation - Rolling-Block Single-Shot Rifle; Caliber - .32 Short Rim-Fire or .32 Long Rim-Fire; Barrel - 22-1/2" octagon; Finish - Blued, patina; case-hardened receiver frame. Case-hardening color is fading but still visible. Some pitting on the outside of the barrel but the inside looks good; some minor pitting in the bore but still shows strong rifling. Stocks - Straight grip, smooth wood. Produced from 1890 to 1933. Serial Number is J262xxx, but no date code visible to determine year of manufacture.
