Special features include a 24-inch barrel, ramp front sight with brass-beaded blade and flip-up night bead, banded sling swivel stud, island express rear sight with express blade (remains green), Dakota scalloped bases, full-length claw extractor for true controlled-round feeding, three position wing safety, cloverleaf tang, integral bolt release and a drop box magazine with inside-the-bow floorplate release and timed screws. Stocked in a AAA-walnut blank with strong contrasting grain, accents include an ebony forend tip, twin ebony-capped crossbolts, wrap-around borderless checkering, steel grip cap, scalloped cheekpiece with shadow line and an inletted (Howell-type) sling swivel stud.
