If a firearm is returned by the transfer FFL due to NICs decline or customer refusing shipment, purchase will be refunded minus shipping both ways and a 15% restocking fee.
Used firearms have a 3 day from delivery inspection period. If returned all papers etc.,that were shipped with the gun must be returned with it for full credit. Please note credit card fees and shipping costs are not refundable. You can email or call us about any Return policies. All new firearms are warrantied by the manufacturer and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please check your manual or manufacturer’s website for contact information. We do not warranty or guarantee used firearms. If item arrives at FFL damaged,buyer must contact us prior to completing transfer to arrange for return of item and refund. No refunds will be issued once a firearm transfer has been completed.
