IN THAT ORDER!•This is not an ordinary build. The barrel extension was shimmed with stainless steel .001" shim stock. Heated up upper receiver extension on the upper with heat gun to slightly enlarge it. Installed the wrapped barrel extension into the receiver extension for the tightest fit possible with the parts used for this build. Torqued the barrel nut up to 40 ft / lbs & we are good to go. This is the process I do on almost all my builds to be certain that this particular build is going to be accurate. The better the center axis is between the upper & the barrel gives the best possible accuracy with these components. The SUB MOA results stand for themselves•
UPPER Description - This is an aluminum forged upper complete with forward assist & dust cover. From my distributor out of Minnesota. The forge mark is unusual & 1 that I do not know of. After shooting this upper I had good results so the upper is good to go•
