It appears all original except for the one-piece ivory grips, which were probably added later. (Although the grips, like the gun, have been taken care of, they have a lot more mellow color than the pictures indicate. They have also shrunken a little over the years.) The gun has some of the original blue finish remaining as well as a hint of case color here and there. The bore is very good, hammer has all its clicks, and the surface edges are all sharp with very little pitting. The front sight has been lowered and narrowed slightly. The gun is holstered in a vintage, turn of the century, hand carved and laced, double loop piece in very good condition. It is not maker marked. If you are not aware, when you click on an individual picture, there are forward and back arrows in the upper left corner. If you click the icon between the arrows, you will get a great enlargement. We suggest viewing pictures on a full size computer to take advantage of this feature.
