DHE's made, and only a handful as two-barrel sets. This gun, sn12-00531, is a two-barrel set with outstanding, and surprising handling characteristics. Weighing only 6lbs. 12oz. with the 26" barrels and 6lbs. 14oz. with the 28" barrels and balanced perfectly between the hands, this is a true featherweight American classic side by side shogun you can carry all day without fatigue. It is VERY UNCOMMON TO FIND A 12GA. DOUBLE IN THAT WEIGHT CLASS! This Parker was ordered with the optional Parker Single Selective trigger and came standard with ejectors. The beautiful walnut stocks are highly figured and show as new with only a few tiny safe marks. The mechanics of the gun are perfect, as are the bores, screws, engraving, checkering, and metal, AS IT IS A NEW, UNFIRED GUN. The 2-barrel set has IC/M chokes (26”) and M/F chokes (28”) and represents a versatile Parker Reproduction that will do well for any of your shotgunning endeavors, either afield or at the local club crushing clays. This is an investment grade firearm that can be used and enjoyed for decades to come. Being a modern Parker, it is a go-to gun for your upland and clay target shooting enjoyment. Capable of shooting the heaviest of 2 3/4" modern shells, INCLUDING STEEL OR OTHER HARD SHOT IN THE 26" BARRELS ONLY (because of choke...no steel or other hard shot through full chokes), no special considerations are required when buying ammunition. There are many soft, non-toxic shells for the 28” barrels that are awesome for waterfowl or locations requiring non-toxic pellets.
