Description: FS: This is a rare and seldom offered for sale Daewoo K1A1 semi-automatic rifle. It is in excellent+ condition showing few, if any, handling marks on the rifle. It takes regular AR magazines, has a side charging handle, a three-position wireframe collapsible rear stock assembly, front and rear integrated sights, and a unique triangular shaped forearm grip. It has a 17" barrel with a molded-in flash hider, a standard pistol grip that can be changed to aftermarket pistol grips that fit a standard AR platform. Although this is an option I would keep the factory grip to keep the K1A1 in stock condition. I have added some internet information that does a better job at covering the K1A1.

Cal. 5.56 mm. Bbl. 17". One of the most desirable configurations of the K1A1 rifle is the unique collapsible stock (paratrooper) version. Parkerized matte gray finish on all exposed metal surfaces. This rifle can function w/ the stock extended or collapsed w/ 4 locking positions. Sling swivel under bbl. & on left side rear receiver with canvas sling. Gas operated rotating bolt system. Protected post front sight & dual aperture protected rear peep. Safety selector controls on the left side. Plastic handguards & pistol grip. Integral factory muzzle brake terminates bbl. “Meat tenderizer” style rubber buttplate. Right side charging handle.

The aesthetics & controls of the K1A1 are typically found favorable by those who spend time on the AR15 or M16 weapon system.
