FS: A beautiful and extra nice JM Stamped Marlin 1894 chambered in 44 Magnum / 44 Special.
It has a 19" barrel, a perfect length for a brush gun, and beautiful checkered American Walnut stocks. Manufactured in 2008 with metal surfaces finished in deep blue with the barrel engraving deep and scratch-free. Also comes with a mounted Bushnell 3-9 Scope. (See Pictures)
Marlin pioneered side ejection ports for safety. Marlin reasoned that the receiver’s side could be stronger than the top; moreover, side ejection was safer in case of hangfires. But the side benefit is that side-ejection architecture makes for easier scope operation.
