From its ZV date code, it was manufactured in 2015. Type is blowback action semi automatic rimfire target pistol. Construction is steel barrel liner, sights, slide, magazine release, magazines, levers, and internal parts with alloy frame, barrel shroud, and trigger; and rubber grip panels. Barrel is 5 1/2 inch .900 bull two piece alloy, with fluted laterals and crowned muzzle. Bore is 1:16 right hand six groove rifling. Sights are screw on front with steel supported green high visibility fiber optic; and black blade screw on windage and elevation adjustable rear. Rear assembly sits atop a removable top strap that can be replaced with a host of rail type optics bases. Slide assembly is recessed and serrated, .895 thickness. Trigger is .400 serrated edge, and this Buckmark pulls two stage at 4 1/4 pounds with minimal felt creep and overtravel. Main safety is frame mounted lever type, left side, for a right handed shooter. Magazine release is reversable, set for right handed. It does have a magazine safety; it will Not fire single shot with no magazine. Grips are factory overmold Ultra FX type. Magazines are factory Browning, steel body. Each holds 10 rounds of .22 Long Rifle caliber ammunition, and the Buckmark is designed for high velocity or hyper velocity cartridges. Fully loaded capacity is 10 + 1, then. Weight empty is 28 ounces, with center of gravity at the trigger and breech face. Finish is matte gray alloy and matte black anodized. This Buckmark comes in its original factory labeled hinged gray plastic hard shell box with instruction manual and original box label. Surface detractions are negligible.
