It includes a 15 1/4" MLOK Rail, an M4 flat-top forged upper receiver, a BCA Bolt Carrier Group, a Flash Hider, and a Side Charging Handle. This upper has a pistol length gas system, making it especially well suited to shooting subsonic ammo, and for use with sound suppressors. The side-charging handle, in combination with the standard rear bolt carrier cocking, provides significant utility, as well.
