We are offering for sale a Smith & Wesson “New Departure” hammerless revolver chambered in .32 s&w caliber. This little revolver, also known as the LEMON SQUEEZER, remains in very good, fully functioning condition. This example was manufactured circa 1900 with a nickel finish.
3” barrel is very good with scattered surface wear, plate loss. The bore remains clean with light wear, very good rifling. The frame condition matches that of the barrel with scattered wear. Palm safety functions properly. This is a top break gun which opens up easily and locks tightly. Cylinder is very good with minimal plate loss; tight lockup without wiggle. Original brown colored hard rubber grips remain very nice without damage. NICE EXAMPLE!
