This item has a 26” tapered octagon barrel and wood stocks. The bore shows some pretty heavy pitting and the rifling is shallow. Little of the original blueing remains intact with the exception of the lever which has a considerable amount intact. Light pitting is present over most of the external surfaces. The upper tang appears to have been broken and welded back on to the receiver. The stocks show scratches and dings in the wood as well as chipped on both sides near the top rear of the receiver. A crack is present on the right side of the butt stock.
