Here are Sig Sauer Extreme Duty Magazines to fit Sig P239 Pistols chambered in .357 Sig Caliber. Manufacturer was Mec-Gar s.r.l. of Gardone, Italy, under contract to Sig Sauer of Eckenforde Germany. These are factory Sig magazines. Construction is One Piece folded steel body, with side serrations, lateral round count ports, and smooth milled welded backs. Springs are single strand music wire, with steel inner plate, steel cartridge follower, and black polymer floorplate. Finish is matte surface weather resistant phosphate. Each holds 7 rounds of .357 Sig caliber ammunition. They will fit and function in Sig Sauer model P239 Pistols chambered in that caliber only. They will NOT accept .40 S&W Ammunition; they will NOT retain 9mm Ammunition. The factory marking on the left side means what it says, Sig Sauer / P239 / .357 Sig. Only the numeral 8 and the port beside it is misleading. Since the body was ported erroneously, these magazines were NOT imported by Sig Sauer USA.
