This Colt Single Action Army Buntline Special was shipped from the factory May 8, 1958, as a one-gun shipment to United Loan Company, Knoxville, Tennessee. It is a standard Buntline, .45 Long Colt caliber, hard rubber grips numbered to gun, 12” barrel, matching serial numbers (20524SA) and cylinder number matching the loading gate assembly number (843). Black box and paper work are included, as well as a Colt Archives letter.
The Colt retains 95% to 98% of its original finish, showing some scattered speckling on the frame which retains case colors just starting to fade. Mechanics and bore are as new.
