This is a Carter era, late 1970s production Tasco Opti-Centered rifle scope, 3 to 9 power variable with 32mm objective lens with Duplex type crosshairs. It is early Korean manufacture, one piece tube with cleated power ring and eyepiece bell retaining ring. Opti-Center sub-trademark logo is in red on the eyepiece bell, and model #629A in white, as well as the brand. This scope's only detraction is very faint ring marking on the tube, but the gloss black finish is entirely intact. White brand logo on eyepiece bell has slight case contact wear. Lens coatings show no abrasions on either end, the power adjustment works properly, and this scope is very clear. It is a good solid scope, much more desirable than any of the current crop of Chinese made Tascos. This scope is period appropriate for pre-lock Marlin Lever Actions, top eject Winchesters, and most .22 rifles of the period. We're offering it for only $ 39.95
