Rifle was custom built by Ron Fuchs at McMillan Bros. in Phoenix, AZ in 2005. Only 640 rounds of 168 gr. Federal Sierra MatchKing and 220 rounds of 168 gr. Hornaday TAP FPD ever shot through it. The rifle has been meticulously cared for and documented, and shoots sub half MOA with the smoothest action I have ever felt in a precision/ tactical rifle.
