Description: Browning Olympian Grade .30-06 Spfld 22" Barrel

This rifle is in 96% condition. Has a few very light safe marks. It is a 1969 rifle, no salt problems.

Browning Olympian Grade Rifle. Manufactured in 1969. 22" barrel . This rifle has a blue barrel manufactured without sights, a gold trigger, a polished bolt and the remaining surfaces French satin gray. The top of the receiver is factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting. The breech end of the barrel has a 2 inch floral scroll and punch dot engraved wedge on either side. The front receiver ring is engraved with a pronghorn antelope on the right side and bugling Elk on the left side with the remainder of the receiver featuring a scroll leaf and punch dot engraving. The hinged floor plate is engraved with a deer in a wooded scene with floral scrollwork below and on the attaching metal and is signed "CH. Servais" below the deer. The trigger guard is engraved with a bear and signed "AM". The stock is extra fancy select walnut with a high gloss finish, fine line checkering and floral and matte hand carving on the forearm and grip area. The stock has contrasting forend and pistol grip cap, raised comb, cheekpiece, plastic Browning buttplate and sling studs.
