This is the model 70S, from the named model Jaguar series. Manufacturer is Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta S.p.A. of Gardone, Italy. From its AC Italian Date Code, it was manufactured in 1977, part of a Production Run that extended from the 1950s until 1985. Importer was Berben Corp. of New York, who filled the interval between Garcia and Beretta USA itself. The 70S is a close successor to the original 1934 Beretta military pistol.
