Here you go, for sale is a WWII Springfield Armory CMP Field Grade (RM1Field) (30-06) M1 Garand manufactured in December 1944 at the height of WWII; serial number is 3331089. The Muzzle Reading is 2+ and Throat is 2+, great readings making this a very shootable, functional and accurate M1 Garand. Most M1 Garands are rebarreled/overhauled due to corrosive ammunition used in combat and general field wear and tear to be brought back into usable service. This is one of them, the barrel, is a Line Material Company (LMC) out of Birmingham AL. This is a top of heap quality barrel was manufactured in 1954 and is in excellent condition. The stock (furniture) appears to be original to the receiver and shows slight wear. We include with your order six (6) M1 en bloc clips and an M1 butt-plate rifle cleaning kit. You will also receive a hard case from CMP to protect your rifle during transportation to the range or where you go to shoot. This Springfield Armory M1 Garand is in excellent war time condition (see photos). This rifle has an “P” proof marking on the pistol grip.
