This is it though, I'm not going any lower. 8mm Mauser. Highly professional customization and sporterization, someone spent boo-koo bucks doing this one up. Customized stock has smooth glossy varnish a mile deep that rivals anything from a factory. Two light scratches in the varnish in the foregrip area, and one tiny impact dent in the high rise cheek area are the only flaws. Stock is precision cut and fits tight. Barrel shortened to 22”. All bluing is modern deep shiny black that rivals a factory finish. All stainless is polished to the point of looking like chrome. One small area in the ball of the bolt that must have had some deep rust in it as it didn’t entirely buff out, but is smooth. Some more polishing might take it out. Action is tight and functions and looks like new. Bore is bright, grooving is deep. All metal numbers matching. Everything works flawlessly. Includes the strap and the 4X32 Golden Hawk scope. This gun loves the camera, I have plenty of photos of it. One of my favorite safe queens in my collection, but just sits these days.
