This gun features a straight grip Turkish walnut stock and splinter forend with black buttplate, Anson & Deeley boxlock action with Greener crossbolt, silver nitride finish with scroll engraving and game scenes by Master Engraver Susanne Patheo, 28" barrels with 2-3/4" chambers, choked Improved Cylinder/Modified, and double triggers with tang safety. This gun is amazingly light and fast-handling, and with modern quality loads, it offers a light and soft-recoiling alternative to 20-gauge guns. All Merkel shotguns are cast for right-handed shooters, unless special ordered otherwise. LOP is 13.5" to rear trigger, 14.5" to front. DAC is 1-3/8" and DAH is 2-7/16".
