This early model 639 is in excellent condition showing only light rub marks on its stainless steel finish. Production of this pistol started in 1982 using a short wide extractor (which this one has) on the first 600 pieces. Later pistols used the 39-2 extractor. The checkered walnut grips are likewise in excellent condition showing nice crisp diamonds with no dings or dents. Features include a left side decocker, fully adjustable rear sight for windage and elevation, 2 eight round magazines, a cardboard box labeled to the gun with tools and papers.
