Believe it was made in the late 1950s or early 1960s. Factory tapped for a scope this rifle is unmolested and comes with two piece weaver bases and rings and a perfectly matched Nikon variable power 1.5 to 5 scope. Metal factory buttplate. Factory correct. Rifle may need a bit of work. Seems to have trouble feeding shells from the clip though it could be the user error or that it doesn't like the ammunition. I bought the rifle right so I can sell it right. Can sell it for $425 with the rings and bases and no scope. Shipping and insurance to value at actual cost depending on destination..
