****Very Rare Walther MPK****, 9mm sub machine gun, has full auto and semi auto selector switch, made in Germany, comes with one 32rd mag, side folding wire stock, sling swivels attached, barrel is 6 3/4" or 173mm, this is the shorter version, Maschinen Pistole Kurz, whichs means short submachine gun, fires from open bolt position, the charging handle does not move when fired, light scratches and scuffs on receiver and upper, has some scuffs in the finish, see the picture, this gun was made from 1, it was carried mostly by the military and police, it is blow back operated, receiver is made from steel stampings with the trigger/ magazine housing pivotally pinned to its base, the folds to the right side of the gun, there is some tape wrapped on the stock, it weighs 2.83kg unloaded, overall length unfolded is 659mm, it can fire 550 rounds per minute, this gun can only be transferred to a class 3 dealer. this is a pre 86 dealer sample, it cannot be transferred to an individual, this is a dealer to dealer sale only, do not tell me you want to buy this gun unless you are a dealer, serial #5XXX, a deposit is required of $2000 the remainder is due before the item ships, if the paperwork is not approved the deposit is forfeited, please do not inquire about this gun unless you are a class 3 dealer. USED, if you are in Florida you will need to provide a resale tax certificate or you will have to pay tax. On a form 5 in Florida which is government entity to us the class 3, no credit cards, This item must be transferred to an FFL. We are a FFL, Florida residents add sales tax for your county, there is no local pick up and we do not have a retail store for you to come see the item.
