Here is the heir to the legendary Seecamp double action .32 auto introduced in the 1970s, North American’s Guardian, all stainless, in .32 ACP Caliber. Construction is all stainless steel, so this subcompact weighs in at 18.5 oz empty. Capacity is 6 plus 1, and the Guardian comes with two magazines, one with a finger rest and one with flat floorplate. The chief attraction to this pistol is its dimensions. Barrel length is 2 ½ inches, with an overall length of only 4.6 inches. Height without magazine is only 3.6 inches, and the maximum slide thickness is a very flat .912. This one is in its original DeSantis case, complete with both magazines. It comes to us from one of our friends in Illinois, and its only surface detraction is a small scour across the right grip panel. It also has a non-slip inside-pocket holster from the New York manufacturer. The .32 is a superior defensive round to its more popular .380 competitor.
