Nyc banned folding stocks so it was sold for $100 Back then... never dreaming the stock alone commands $1000 today. Verification that this was a bonafide ATeam style folding stock rifle when it left the factory can be had from ruger. I’ve included a pic of the front side mounted sling swivel as only legit Folding stock models have this feature. Many people are doing fraud by putting a ruger stock on a standard rifle. The absence of the side sling swivel is your first clue weather it’s a legit rifle or not. If ruger does not verify this rifle I give u a full refund. You will receive a great light weight Choate pistol grip stock, the same in use by the Bermuda regiment and you’ll Also get a second ruger factory stock in a camo finish. . Both stocks come with the interior steel liners so you don’t have that expense. You can strip the rifle and go back and forth between stocks at a minutes notice. Or you can sell one of the stocks to reduce your purchase price. Both feature custom painted camo finishes. You get both a 10 shot plus a 30 shot mags.
