It looks a lot like the Napoleon III that is offered still. The small leather belt that holds the cleaning belts still has rotted off- thats the only condition issue i saw. The barrell is clean, no nicks, no issues with the wood. I didn't ever fire it, i just cleaned it off and put it on the mantle. See the pictures for better detail. Wheels roll true and smooth. The only label is that spanish inscription- i assume this cannon was a present given to a beechcraft airplanes employee. The engraving plate can be removed it is just attached with adhesive.. I googles the name and he lived in Kansas. Full specs: 70 cal, 15" barrell, 11.5" tall wheels, 14" wide at the wheels, 28.25" total length.
