Make no mistake, this is the .25 Remington round and not the Winchester round. Not too many of these around with this stamping. Nice amount of bluing on the barrel for age, but reciever is mostly patina. Wood may have been refinished at one time and has marks, scratches and small indentions (most noticable one on the left side of the butt). There was an attempted repair at the right top of the butt near the receiver tang. A rare rifle. This is an older rifle, PLEASE HAVE A GUNSMITH LOOK OVER BEFORE FIRING. All laws apply.
