Blade is made from 52-100 ball bearing "tool steel" to a Rockwell 58 hardness. This is a custom knife made in the 1950's style of Case fixed blade hunters with a nickel silver round pommel, nickel silver single hilt, and multicolored spacers. It has spalted burl maple handles. Knife is unused, never carried or sharpen, and is in factory box with custom leather sheath. Original price printed on box $319.95. Also hand written on label, "#1" Don't know if that means it was the first one made, or it was number one in the distributors stock.
