The gun is chambered in .243. Where the front sight should be there are two plugged screw holes as well as where the rear sight should be. There is a Bausch & Lomb Balvar 8A scope that is in excellent condition. The stock is a Monte Carlo cheek rest style and it has a black plastic checkered butt plate. The bore is excellent.
