In fact, the entire receiver and locks are completely covered with engraving. Barrels are 23-¾”. Bead front ramped blade front sight. Wide “U” rear sight with heavy semi-buckhorns (Slots outside for possible front scope mount). Rear mount rifle sight, dovetailed, flip-up inset in top tang; inset is a flip-up lollipop- type peep sight, with both windage and elevation. Single set front trigger, standard rear trigger. Walnut forend, very fine checkering, engraved steel finger lever release. Two slight mars; 99%. LOP 13-3/16”, over basket weave horn butt plate. Horn pistol grip cap, fine checkering. Tiger stripped walnut. Cheekpiece is of straight geometric lines; there are a few superficial mars, no chips, gouges, or cracks - 98%. Top of rib marked ”Franz Sodia Ferlach”, and shows eagle with vertical wing feathers with “S” in a circle in its talons, just forward of the doll’s head.
